An Email Submit button exists on the Standard tab of the Library palette.
This button is a standard Button with certain email-related properties
already set.It also has a custom Field tab in the Object palette to make
it easy for a first time user to configure property setting.
However, there may be times when you want more control over your form’s
functionality. For instance, you may want to enable the user to email back a
completed PDF form . The built-in Email Submit Button’s submit format is
set to “XML Data” so only the data will come back. In this case,
you can create your own email button from a standard Button object.
In this example, the script runs in the click event of a standard Button
object. The script retrieves the recipient address and the subject line
from text fields on the form.
